You will work together with the Product Management team to write requirements specifications and implementation design documents. You will participate in the database design using Oracle, MS SQL and others in the future. You will participate in defining the product architecture to address functionality, performance, scalability, ease of use and ease of deployment. You will participate in the documentation of the internal products architecture and design. You will assign tasks and follow up on status. You will participate in system analysis impact and will provide estimates for technical deliverables. You will assist with software integration tests, software packaging, releasing and deployment. Experience with technical use case development. Experience with Crystal Reports/Jasper Reports is a plus. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. Development in a Unix environment is a plus. Experience with SWIFT and/or AML is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Good leadership skills, experience in people management.
