Define technical and functional application settings. Give training to the customer on the installed products. Follow up and maintain the customers software implementation. Document all customer interaction using the companys support documentation templates and systems. Assist customers with an EastNets support contract via remote support. Adhere to the quality assurance and quality control processes for all EastNets offerings. Follow the training guides outlined by the I&S Manager. (Achieve and) Maintain SWIFT certification. Achieve and maintain EastNets product certification, within the timelines jointly agreed to. CUSTOMER INTERACTION Capture, define and document customer technical and system parameter requirements prior to installation. Implement SWIFT and EastNets solutions onsite in accordance with EastNets standard implementation processes (including Readiness Check and Trainings). Define and execute customer implementation test plans in a coordinated effort with the engineering team. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all customer interactions; strive to maintain customer satisfaction at a high rate level at any time. Document all customer interactions to maintain continuity and follow up on open customer issues until resolution. Assist the support team in troubleshooting issues, translate technical and functional issues to the support team and the development team. Escalate customer issues to level 2 support whenever required. TEAM INTERACTION Support other consultant team members as required. Provide recommendations on technology upgrades to the product development team. Communicate all customer implementation and support interactions within the consultant team. Participate in designing, developing and supporting new customer offers. Recommend product enhancements based on customer implementation feedback to the development team. Provide product, service and solution training to implementation and support staff. Deliver training on an as needed basis. Notify customers of relevant SWIFT document updates. Assist in providing backup and support for implementation and support activities. Plan deployments and technical designs with the consultant team leader. VENDOR INTERACTION Follow up as a consultant for the EastNets products. Follow up vendor presentations on new technology.
